Annual summer camp with students from Magdeburg

The same procedure as last year … one could say. Students under supervision of Shihan Andreas Baron visited the Honbu Dojo on different occasions before but the 2-week-stay during the summer vacation has always been special. It was not different this year. From 26th June to 8th July 2016 a large group stayed at the the Honbu Dojo. Intense training hours, living together for 2 weeks, sharing many intense moments, making your own weapons for Kobudo forms a common bond between students and teachers. That makes those stays special to us and to the students.

All three arts were scheduled during these 2 weeks which made the stay an “all inclusive” one. That being said, we spent a lot of hours in the dojo adjusting the technical details and left it with a smile afterwards. Thank you for your commitment!

As we were to busy with practicing there are only a few pictures from the training sessions. However, we were quite busy building our own Tinbe and the students helped out with some heavy work. But see for yourself…
