We are going to look at “Ebo no kata” as competition and Duo-games, inspirational training (flower model) and a graduation system based on Kata as basis form.In the last few years, attempts have been made to get more focus on Kata and to make Kata more and more popular. On the seminar we will be looking at the specific development of Kata, and instruct in the more forgotten and interesting subject “Kata and Ebi waza” with basis in “Ne waza Jitsu kata”.
By working in groups or with partners, you will expand your knowledge about Kata and the possibilities within Kata. How does it fit in the daily training, compared to the traditional education?
