Shihan Ceremony – 2 of June 2011

I am very happy to announce there has been a great celebration in the Chi Ryu Aiki-jitsu School. Shihan Jhonny Bernaschewice decided to recognise few fine people for their great skills, dedication and long lasting years of work with and for Chi Ryu. The following Masters were presented with the greatest honor of Shihan title:

Ebbe Kristensen – Shihan of Chi Ryu Aiki-jitsu
Frank Sommer – Shihan of Chi Ryu Aiki-jitsu
Dirk Mazet – Shihan of Chi Ryu Aiki-jitsu
Kathrin Siggelkow – Shihan of Chi Ryu Aiki-jitsu
Michael Werk – Shihan of Ju-jitsu
Peter Scholz – Shihan of Chi Ryu Aiki-jitsu
Rafał Tokarczyk – Shihan of Chi Ryu Aiki-jitsu

By accepting the title they joined Shihan Andreas Baron, who received his title in 2008, in the life-lasting honor of holding Chi Ryu Aiki-jitsu school tradition, technique and philosophy. The founder of the School, Shihan Jhonny Bernaschewice, spoke during ceremony about how happy and proud he is of his finest students, and what responsibility they bear from now on. The ceremony was followed by a very nice party for all participants of the celebration to fully enjoy this great evening.
