Kobudo and Chi Ryu Aiki-Jujitsu examinations @the Hombo Dojo
Last weekend a group of students from Oswiecim (Poland) came to visit the Hombo Dojo. Organized by Jozef Gora and Dariusz Marchewka the seminar had been very successful for all of them. The training started on Saturday with a lesson in Kobudo. Shihan Bernaschewice paid a lot of attention to the details of the Hojo undo’s and the Kata. Later that day all participants enjoyed an intensive lesson in Chi Ryu Aiki-Jujitsu. Here the techniques for 1 Kyu were in the centre of attention because most of the students wanted to take their exams the next day.
On Sunday, Shihan Bernaschewice and Shihan Siggelkow were enjoying beautifully presented black belt examinations in Kobudo and very dynamic examinations for 6 Kyu, 5 Kyu and 1 Kyu. Congratulations to all for those very well presented examinations! Well done!
Our new sensei for Kobudo are:
Sensei Jozef Gora
Sensei Dariusz Marchewka

Last but not least we want to add that we are very happy to have an old friend back on board. Sensei Jozef Gora has been a friend for such a long time and after a break he is back in training. This weekend he had showed very well prepared students taking an exam in Kobudo and Chi Ryu Aiki-Jujitsu. We are convinced that he will support our federation as best as he can and Shihan Bernaschewice is happy to see him back on the tatami. Thank you Jozef for such a nice weekend!
