Report from Okinawa #7

Easter Sunday on Okinawa
Our group kept on training in Naha when everyone here in Europe was searching for eggs and easter bunnies. At 10 a.m. the training in the Budokan started under supervision from Sensei Yogi. Todays topics were different Katas (Ni Cho Sai, Syushi no Kun, Choun no Kun, Sakugawa no Kun). Sensei Yogi is well known for his lessons of Katas because he insists on showing every little detail of the different movements which is very helpful when studying Katas.
As the lesson was finished everyone was free to do what he or she liked. This afternoon was dedicated to spare time. Most of the students went to Kokusai dori street where they had a street fair (Straßenfest). Here are some impressions from Kokusai dori street.
