Summertour #2 – Fürstenfeld (Austria)


Fürstenfeld in Austria was the spot where Shihan Jhonny Bernaschewice went for teaching students in martial arts in the second week of his summertour. From 20 to 25 August 2009 he stayed at the Karnerhof in Loipersdorf in the Oststeiermark, only a stone’s throw away from the gym in Fürstenfeld. There he taught Chi Ryu Aiki-Jitsu and Okinawa Kobudo to Sensei Karl Zouhar and his students. Due to very hot temperatures the training took place everyday during the evening hours. Within this week Max Carrara, a student of Shihan Jhonny Bernaschewice, presented him with a sword. The sword, which is based on the Japanese Katana, was forged and folded by himself in a very long process and is therefore unique. Have a look at the pictures to get an impression…
