Iaido and TCM

From 15 to 17 March 2010 Sensei Artur Szmuc and Sensei Wieslaw Pozaroszczyk and their students Jacek and Michal from Lesko & Szprotawa (Poland) came to visit the Hombo Dojo in Hechtel. As they are advanced students in Iaido Shihan Bernaschewice concentrated his teachings on their forthcomming in this martial art. However, some lessons were left for Chi Ryu Aiki-Jitsu where they trained Suwari waza kata. On Tuesday Sensei Ireneusz Druciarek from Aachen stopped by in order to join their training session. Traditionally, the evenings were kept free for lessons in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Everyone who knows Shihan Bernaschewice also knows that he has a huge knowledge in those two fields of Eastern Medicine. Therefore, it was no surprise that this was also a topic in the students’ schedule.
